People write every piece.

The short version
People write and edit every piece we deliver. We don’t hand you machine-generated drafts. If we use an AI tool for research or transcription, we tell you.
What that means in practice
Someone sits down with your brief and writes the first draft, start to finish. Someone edits it. The words you get are not a chatbot’s output with a human skim on top.
The places we might use a tool are boring on purpose. Research, such as sorting through a long source, and transcription, such as turning a recorded call into text. When that happens, we tell you in the quote or the delivery note, and you can ask which tools touched your project and for what.
Your confidential material
We don’t paste your confidential material (briefs, customer lists, unreleased product details) into public AI tools without your permission. If we ever think a tool would help and it needs your material, we ask first.
If you want none at all
Say so in the brief. We’ll confirm it in the quote, and that project will go through without any AI tools.
If you send us AI-written text
Some clients arrive with a chatbot draft they’d like improved. That’s fine, but tell us, so we know what we’re working from. We’ll write the copy ourselves rather than polishing generated text.
What this policy doesn’t promise
It describes how we work. It’s not a legal opinion on copyright, and we can’t speak for how a copyright office or a court would treat material produced with any tool. It is a reason we keep the writing in human hands.
