When the emails go out, you're the sender, and the rules are yours to meet. You need a physical mailing address in the footer, subject lines that don't lie about what's inside, and an unsubscribe link you honor within 10 business days. We write the copy to fit all that. Making sure the sending is lawful is on you.

Here's who you've joined. Mossglaze is a small pottery studio. Every mug, bowl and planter is made by hand, which is a polite way of saying no two are the same and we've stopped apologizing for that.

How a project runs

Questions about email copy

Do you set up the automation?

No. We write the emails and the send order. You load them into your platform, or hand them to whoever manages it.

Do you write the subject lines too?

Every email gets a subject line and preview text. Want alternates to test? Ask and we'll write them.

Can you write an abandoned-cart flow?

Yes. It's usually three short emails, and it's priced as a sequence. Tell us what your platform triggers on and when.

What's on me, legally, once the emails go out?

You're the sender, so the address in the footer, honest subject lines and the unsubscribe handling are yours to cover. The note above has the details.

How long is a welcome sequence?

Three to five emails. Four is plenty for most lists. Over five, it's a launch or nurture sequence and is priced that way.

Can you match our newsletter voice?

Yes. Send three or four past issues and we'll write to them. If you don't like how they sound, say so and we'll help you change it.
