The short version
There’s no money-back guarantee on copy. If you cancel before we start, you get your deposit back, less $50. Once work has started, you pay for the stage the project has reached. If something in the copy isn’t right, revisions fix it, and two rounds are included.

“Work starts” means the day we begin research or writing on your project, which we confirm by email once your deposit arrives. Tell us in writing (email is fine) that you want to cancel. The date we receive your message is the date that counts.
You keep the right to use whatever we’ve delivered once it’s paid for, under the ownership terms. Drafts you haven’t paid for stay ours.
If we cancel
If we can’t finish a project, we refund whatever you’ve paid that we haven’t earned, and we hand over the work completed so far once that part is paid. Neither of us owes the other anything further.
Monthly plans
Monthly Content and the social media plans run month to month. Cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Any batch due within the notice period is written, delivered and billed as usual. We don’t refund a month’s batch once it’s delivered.
Why there’s no money-back guarantee
Whether copy “works” depends on things outside the writing: your offer, your price, your traffic, your timing. A refund promise tied to results would be one we couldn’t honestly make. What you get instead:
- a free review of one page before you spend anything
- two rounds of revisions on every job, each one a consolidated set of notes sent within 14 days of delivery
- a straight conversation if something isn’t working
Not covered
- The free copy review costs nothing, so there’s nothing to refund.
- Extra revision time ($85 an hour) and rush fees are quoted before we start, and they’re charged once that work is done.
